Our staff will execute the land surveying portion of your project with accuracy and efficiency, key personnel will oversee each survey task to ensure that the land survey work will complement the design to the satisfaction of the customer, and the overall project goals.
The company founder and President, James Lipps is the Resident Surveyor on staff. James received his license as a Texas Registered Professional Land Surveyor in 1998, and has over 35 years of experience in the Surveying Profession. James has a broad background in design surveys and construction lay-out to facilitate land development projects for both civil and structural engineering. His experience in marine surveys was inherited from his family’s pioneering heritage in the Marine Surveying Industry.
“Bo” Arbour, has been with Lipps Geomatics since 2005 and has over 30 years of experience in the Surveying Profession. Bo has over 20 years of field experience in civil and structural field engineering projects and leads the Construction Phase Department as a Project Manager where he works closely with site superintendents on the various construction projects we’re involved with. Bo began his career with Texaco, Inc. in the Seismic Exploration Division and has extensive experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
“Vince” Ellyson has been with Lipps Geomatics since 2003 and has over 25 years of experience in the Surveying Profession and Construction Industry. Vince has over 20 years of field experience in structural field engineering projects and works closely with our survey crews on “heavy” construction projects
Paul has over 20 years extensive experience in boundary topographic design surveys.
