It was and honor and a privilege to be involved in the construction process of a Fire House.
GALVESTON COUNTY JUSTICE CENTER
Lipps Geomatics was hired to layout the underground utilities for Jimerson, one of the oldest underground contractors in Houston. We also worked for the General Contractor Gilbane, one of the oldest construction companies in the Nation for the pavement construction phase as well. We still work for Jimerson.
RICHARD E. BERRY EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT CENTER
Another Gilbane constructed project; Lipps Geomatics was hired to layout the underground for Joslin Construction. After completing the underground phase. Lipps Geomatics was also asked to get involved with the surface construction and provided both civil and structural layout.
MULLER ELEMENTARY & KRIMMEL INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL COMPLEX
Lipps Geomatics was hired by Joslin Construction to layout the underground for this project, and found a new client in Durotech who was the General Contractor for this project. We still work for Durotech to this very day.
BIG CREEK FIELD, FORT BEND COUNTY, TX
Lipps Geomatics was hired by Hamman Oil to research and re-establish the lease lines from an old Chevron Oil Company Survey. That was 10-years ago, Lipps Geomatics still works with Hammon Oil permitting well locations at Big Creek Field. Since Big Creek Field Lipps Geomatics has set up leases and permitted wells in Montgomery and Wharton Counties for Hammon.
